Delivery

Please verify the delivery address provided. If delivery is impossible to complete due incomplete or incorrect address your order will be returned to the store and you will be contacted. If no-one is home at the moment of delivery your order will be left with concierge or by the door, please make sure to provide recipient information, so our team can send notification that delivery was made.

Substitutions

Substitutions are sometimes made if the florist does not have a specific flower type or color available due a season. Flowers Amelia company team will substitute unavailable flowers with equal or greater value.

Cancellation policy

Order cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement. All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email ([email protected]) An email acknowledgment cancellation will be sent to confirm cancellation. Same day or next day orders unfortunately can not be canceled as orders are immediately processed.

Return or refund policy

All sales are final. Refunds will be considered on a case by case. If you experience a problem with your order please contact Flowers Amelia company on the same day of delivery of your flowers via email [email protected] Flowers Amelia company is not responsible if you, the recipient, mishandles the flowers, does not hydrate them upon arrival, or does not follow proper care. Flowers bouquet care instructions

• Place the bouquet in a clean vase with room temperature water. Make sure all stems covered with enough water. Add flowers food if possible.
• Change water daily cutting every stem with sharp knife.
• Keep away flowers from heat, direct sunlight or fruits.

Flowers hat box or basket care instructions

• Do not remove flowers from box or basket.
• Add water every other day inside the special oasis foam (in the middle of arrangement).
• Keep away flowers from heat, direct sunlight or fruits.
